I Love Wednesdays

Wednesdays are one of my favorite days of the week. I love getting together with my Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study. Today though is going to be a very rough Wednesday.

Jack David was up 90% of the last night. He doesn’t do well with season  changes. His nose gets pressure and drips like a faucet. Most of the time it springs a leak in the back of his nose and ends up going down his throat. That causes a tickle in the throat and him trying to clear it all the time. He was so exhausted and out of it last night, there is no other way to put it. There was not a rise in his body heat but he was so out of it because of being tired.

I actually got up around 1 AM and did a shot of NingXia Red just to make it through the rest of the night. I had the diffuser going to help relax him and his body. I was oiling his head and chest because it was about all I could reach without him completely losing it.

This morning my alarm went off to get my daughter up and ready for school and I could not get out of bed. We ended up driving her to school this morning.

When we got home I told Jackie that today was a frequent oiling day and he wasn’t allowed to argue with me about where I was putting it. Thankfully because he was awake he was just easy going with, “okay whatever mama.”

So we oiled him up, did a spoonful of raw honey, gave Mommy a double shot of NingXia Red, got Jackie some food, and I sat down for a quick moment here. As soon as he is done eating we are going to get dressed, oil and honey again and then run out the door to head to Bible Study.

Having a rough and dragging day – NingXia your tiredness away!
