Purification Bath

YLEO spOILed logoWe are heading into the cool and cold weather. There are many things that can dry your skin out in all weather; like water evaporation, but cold weather can make it happen faster!

If you are not sure what can cause dry skin here are some tips to help you:

  • Water and hydration are really important for your skin. So increase the humidity of the air in your home. Add an indoor humidifier or even throw a pan of water on the stove!
  • Try to keep your skin covered with gloves or facial masks. We lose moisture and the water in our skin is pulled out!
  • Try and avoid using soaps and chemicals that are harsh for you! Avoid things that have sodium laurel sulfate foaming agents in them!

There is also solution to help moisturize and improve the appearance of your overall skin health! How about taking a bath?

Here is a recipe that calls for Young Living Purification essential oil.

  • 4 Drops Young Living Purification Essential Oil
  • 1 Cup Epsom Salt

  • Get a glass mason jar with a lid
  • Put in 1 cup epsom salt in jar
  • Put in 4 drops Young Living Purification essential oil
  • Place lid on glass mason jar and shake
  • Let sit for at least 10 minutes so the epsom salt and oils mix together
  • Put the mixture in your bath water and enjoy!
